Prepare your glasses
Place your existing glasses or frame in a protective case or wrap them securely so they are protected during postage.
Include your order details
Include your name and order number with the frame so we can match your parcel to the correct lens order.
Send your frame to us
Post your parcel to 4 Eyes Optical, PO Box 377, Innisfail QLD 4860, Australia. We recommend using a service with tracking.
We receive and inspect it
When your frame arrives, our team checks it and matches it to your order before lens fitting begins.
Your new lenses are fitted
Your selected Australian-made lenses are prepared and fitted to your existing frame, then checked before return.
Your glasses come home
Once completed, your finished glasses are securely packed and returned to you.
